Refund Policy

1. General Terms of Refund

Since contributions are directed to philanthropic outreach programs, donations are generally non-refundable. However, Nextgen Community Council will review refund requests under the following conditions:

• Unauthorized Transaction: If the donation was processed without the card/account holder's explicit authorization.
• Payment Errors: System glitches, double-billing errors, or accidental multiple-debits for a single intent.
• Incorrect Amount Entry: Typographical errors during manual amount typing in payment boxes.

2. Documentation Required

To evaluate a refund request, the donor must present:

1. Original transaction receipt screenshot or bank statement excerpt showing the transaction reference ID.
2. Written request outlining the specific reason for cancellation.
3. Valid government identity proof matching the payment profile name.

3. Log a Refund Ticket

Please mail all necessary details and receipts to refunds@nextgencommunity.org. Our finance board will audit the request logs and proceed accordingly.
