Official Agreement Framework

By logging into the worker, volunteer, or member portals, you acknowledge compliance with the administrative framework of Nextgen Community Council.

1. Portal Usage and Security

All registered accounts are private and non-transferable. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any unauthorized utilization of credentials must be reported instantly to the system administrator.

2. Code of Conduct for Volunteers & Workers

As a community outreach representative, you pledge to:

  • Maintain highest ethical standards during healthcare center surveys and local field drives.
  • Ensure data accuracy while submitting medical records, location GPS proofs, and field media uploads.
  • Respect regional confidentiality guidelines and local resident privacy boundaries.

3. Donation Declarations

All contributions are voluntarily offered. Donors must provide legitimate PAN card and identity reference parameters if claiming tax-exemption benefits under Section 80G. Transactions undergo verification logs before official certificate generation.

4. Termination and Restrictions

The executive committee reserves absolute authority to suspend accounts, reject pending applications, or revoke membership privileges if any violation of structural guidelines, data forgery, or misconduct is reported.
